Blevins for anybody that's considering hiring him.I was extremely pleased with his outstanding representation of me at my preliminary hearing. I was being accused of insurance fraud. My case involved the demolition (partial demo, city generated,) of a building that I owned. I was  accused by the contractor's wife for filing a liability claim on their homeowner's policy.  She claimed I filed the claim against their home valued at$180,000 even though I did not have an insurable interest in their property;(house.) My case was a convoluted mess, and Mr. Blevins, through his years of expertise handling insurance fraud, and criminal defense was able to convince the court there was no probable cause to move forward.
