He took my money and after several months he completely stopped staying in touch.  I could not get him on the phone, he was always out of the office.  The court and bond company was sending me (and him) notices and he never responded.   I paid him over $1200 to probate my father's case and he just quit in the middle of it with no notice and no reason! Lost so much bond money because of him. I ended up getting another atty (who didn't ask for a dime in fees until the case was finished).  Of course Goldman kept my money. Because of him my father's probate case took 3 yrs, much longer than it should have.
