Ms. Syed graciously agreed to give me a consultation right away by phone so I knew how to proceed in small claims court with the proper codes for statutes the dealership violated and advised me on the amounts I could reasonably claim. She was calm, professional, and efficient in relaying me the information (I was worked up regarding the injustices and kept interrupting her but she calmly listened to everything I said and responded with legal advice. I am so grateful she was willing to take the time to advise me even though she was not taking on any new litigation.
