With my help, she was able to get temporary custody of her sons despite the father's allegations.  She was given several chances (over several months) to pay her bill prior to my withdrawal.  I care deeply about my clients.  However I cannot work for work for free or with a client who does not respond to emails or phone calls.  My clients are fully informed of the need for communication and to timely pay their bill before they sign with me.
