He often would mess up facts on my case and give me conflicting information/ guidance. I have record of the other parties council sending us notices that he missed deadlines. Talking to him also didn’t help any of my confidence on the case as he would often laugh off my concerns.\nI had a balance due after my retainer for which I was not informed about and he himself admitted to never invoicing me for. When I asked to do a payment plan he laughed at me and said that would take too long to pay. I asked him for time to pay him for which he said it was fine. Shortly after I received a letter saying to pay him the whole amount or he would withdraw from the case. I immediately called to ask when the balance was due and never received a callback. I emailed him multiple times and never heard back. Then he emailed me saying he would withdraw if I did not pay or that I could release him as council. To which I said I had been trying to be in communication with him about the balance and then I released him as council..
