I got a violation for using a handheld device while driving and considering I'm under 25 I was concerned what this ticket would do to my car insurance payments and the points I would get. And with his help Gary was able to get me down to a parking ticket. He made me feel very at ease throughout the entire process and even though nothing is guaranteed he was able to deliver what I had hoped for.
