Mrs. Nwaefulu, the attorney, and her staff are neither diligent nor responsive. I hired her to assist with my husband's residency application, but I was unhappy with the pace at which our case was progressing. It felt like I was always the one reaching out to inquire about the status or to find out if any documents needed to be submitted. After experiencing this lack of communication, I decided to terminate her services in 2022. Following the termination, I emailed Mrs. Nwaefulu to request my file, as our new attorney needed to review the status of our case. As of July 8, 2025, Mrs. Nwaefulu has ignored my request and all my correspondence.
