Phone calls and emails went unanswered, follow ups were ignored, and I was repeatedly “ghosted” despite being told verbally that he was representing me.\n\nHe requested that I send legal documentation before any engagement agreement was signed or formalized, which raised significant concerns for me. At no point was there a clear contract in place, yet he continued to imply that representation had begun.\n\nClients deserve transparency, responsiveness, and proper professional procedure. Based on my experience, those standards were not met. He is a very kind man, however very disorganized and really dropped the ball on my case. It seemed like he wasnt really qualified to deal with my specific case and I wish he would have just not accepted it in the first place, maybe then I would have had a chance. Getting in contact with him was always a struggle, I would show up for our scheduled meetings and he would ask me to come back in an hour because he overbooked. He also could never get the information needed for the case which was the whole reason I hired him. Even when I got a fianl decesion, he never reached out at all or asked if I wanted to proceed any further.
