And his right hand person Carla is a gem. My closing got difficult. The bank screwed up my wire transfer, something that strikes terror in the heart of any home buyer. But between David and Carla, and with some lawyerly creativity, the issue was sorted out in a timely manner and an extremely stressful closing fell into place.
