We were driving to Montreal to ski. This was the end of December. My mom has bladder issues and put pressure on me to go faster to get to a bathroom as soon as possible. However, this officer Wolinsky was far from understanding (and was moody the whole time) and was not willing to hear it. He took the fact that my mom didn’t speak English as lack of corroboration with my story and quite simply just didn’t believe me. Daniel got me off with no points. Daniel also communicated effectively and did things in an organized manner. His fee was also very fair compared to other attorneys in the area.
