He is willing to violate client-attorney client privilege and knowingly misrepresent facts to the court to the extreme disadvantage of his client. In my case he withheld plea offers from me until they were withdrawn, lied to the DA regarding communication between he and I, incited fear and hostility between the court and I and consistently failed to communicate with me or act upon my repeated clearly expressed requests. I will post excerpts of the transcript where he admits to several of these legal malpractice actions once my appeal transcript is provided.
