I was given his name, and when I called him, he was abusive to me on the phone - like he wanted to fight me! So I looked up his cases on the court website and wowza... case after case, non-appearance, sanctioned for failure to submit discovery, motion to compel discovery, failure to respond to motions, incorrectly filed motions... I was in a serious accident on the 101 freeway and was referred to an different attorney by a former coworker. After a few months I noticed that the attention needed was not obtained by the current legal representation I had requested. After multiple corresponds to my attorney and his firm with no response, I had contacted Mr. Apelian. He took hours of his time to try and help me without retaining his services. I then ended up changing attorneys which was the best decision I could have made.\n\nMr. Apelian had me see professionals that were not previously recommended by my previous attorney. He stays in constant communication with his clients even though he has a very busy schedule. When he is helping you and your situation it feels as if you are his only client. My claim ended up taking almost Four years to complete but he was with my family the whole way.
