You were not.  You state your daughter received a “low ball offer.”  As explained to you on March 23, I obtained every available dollar of insurance money for your daughter.  I demanded all available insurance policy limits, and in response the insurance company paid all money available under the applicable insurance policies.  It’s not a “low ball offer” from the insurance company when it gives you all the insurance money available.  <br>\t<br>\tFurthermore, I do not pay for reviews from former clients, and I will not pay you to remove your “review” despite your emailed threats to harm my business.  Beyond that, you are correct your daughter came to my office and I was not there.  I did not know she was coming and I did not know to be there.  Still, I apologized profusely to your daughter for the inconvenience.  You are correct I do not use direct deposit.  You are correct your daughter had to pay for medical care she chose to receive.  You yourself are the one who informed me a type of health care provider would not use your daughter’s health insurance, and your daughter chose that type of health care provider and signed a contract promising to pay for her care from her claim proceeds.  It was your daughter’s decision to obligate herself to pay for part of her care from her claim proceeds.  I had nothing whatsoever to do with that.  <br><br>\tYou overlook the value I added to your daughter’s claim.  The liability insurance company did not want to provide coverage to the at-fault driver for the wreck.  That would have resulted in zero money recovered.  Through my investigation and the information I provided the insurance company, it opted to provide coverage.  The insurance company also did not want to accept liability for the wreck.  I convinced the insurance company to accept liability.  I helped with your daughter’s property damage claim for free.  And I saved your daughter more than $29,000.00 when I got the hospital and orthopedic doctor to bill your daughter’s health insurance, which they did not want to do.
