Thankfully the injuries were not life changing although he was banged up pretty Bad and his vehicle was totaled beyond repair. We were concerned he wouldn’t receive fair compensation if we were to go at it alone without legal representation. After reaching out to close family friends we were able to luckily find Brian. Brian got with me on the phone and assured me he would make sure we would receive a fair settlement. We then started working with Jolena and she started the process for us. Although it was not something that benefited her office from a compensation aspect; she also fought for compensation for the physical damages to my father’s car and we received a more than fair settlement .
