I chose a firm that was very well advertised on or local TV channels as \"For the People\". When I contacted them I was asked some questions and they said I did qualify and they would take my case. From the very beginning I spoke to a Secretary each time I called. Never once ever spoke to an attorney. After months of submitting more test results and other items pertinent to my case I called and was told not to fax anything else because they had closed my file and my documents would be lost. Furious, as you can imagine, I then left a message on the secretaries voicemail to have the attorney call me. I never received a call back.\nSo in October 2016 I was given Mr Conley's number by referral. I met with him at his office, not a Secretary, and we had a lengthy discussion about my case. I knew right away that my case would be handled in a personal and professional manner. He was genuinely interested in my case and I wasn't rushed through like just another file of many. You may think that a  large and well known law firm is the best way to go but don't expect the personal attention you deserve. My disability has now been approved thanks to the diligent efforts of Mr Conley.
