We have reviewed the evidence and discussed his case. Second, factually this case is far from a class C misdemeanor. I am not at liberty to discuss the facts with anyone but him but this is a very serious offense. Third, I did file a motion for bond reduction and submitted it to the Court. Sometimes people have to wait. It is unfortunate.
