You did not have to hire another attorney to finish the case, as we entered an Agreed Final Decree of Divorce for you.  What you did hire another attorney for was an Enforcement of that decree initiated by your ex-husband.  What you agreed to in your decree is what you agreed to in mediation and you even later stated under oath that your settlements were a just and right division of your estate and in the best interest of the children.
