After rescheduling my appt due to my schedule and then on there schedule we finally made another appt so I could meet with the attorney, so I pack up my kids and drive over there to find the door locked and the lights off. I get a call from Anna a day later saying if I wanted to reschedule my appt that I had at 11am....my appt was at 10am and I have the text confirmation to prove it!
