When the unlicensed contractor refused to cooperate, Mr Liebling filed a lawsuit against him and his business.\nThrough Mr. Liebling's efforts, not only was the lien removed from my house, but a judgement was obtained against both the unlicensed contractor, and his business, for three times the amount I originally paid for the work he was hired to do..
