If your case requires legal expertise, she is a poor choice. I was very clear with Ms. Din about the outcome I was pursuing during the consultation; only one modification to the existing MSA. She indicated at that time that she felt confident she could handle the case. After burning through her retainer and getting nothing accomplished, she withdrew from the case (which is something she frequently does) stating she didn’t think she could get what I wanted. Additionally, we had conflicts regarding the strategy of the case, which, admittedly were complex. After sighting “office policies” that are not reflected in her contract, she withdrew two weeks prior to a scheduled mediation. 2 weeks. Six months and $4000 later, absolutely nothing was accomplished and most importantly, she compromised my case.\n\nResponse: “compromising” my case is an opinion, not a fact. My case never began. I asked only for mediation and that never happened.
