To say Mr Cuello has committed professional malpractice against my disabled incompetent grandmother would be an understatement. Mr Cuello did not even show up to my grandmothers homestead hearing and her homestead was lost because of his professional negligence as an attorney.  What kind of guardianship attorney doesn’t show up to a homestead hearing for his Ward?
