Max had emailed one of our associate attorneys directly about setting up a time to talk with that attorney, and then called and left one message for him (in March), which was relayed to the associate attorney.  He did not set up a time to meet with the associate, but instead came into our office angry and raised his voice at our Office Manager and at our Legal Assistant, claiming he had called \"3 or 4 times\" and had emailed the associate \"at least twice,\" neither of which is accurate.  When our Office Manager tried to set up a meeting for him, and provided him with our updated term and conditions for our services, he said he was taking his business elsewhere.
