The insurance representative was really friendly and said they were going to be reasonable. They continued to reassure me I would be taken care of and not to worry. In the end, they pushed me to settle my case right before the statute of limitations ran out and pressured me to accept an unfair settlement. I called Rivers. His office staff didn’t ask me for my name or what I was calling about. I asked to speak to Rivers, and they put me right through to him. He handled everything personally and was ultimately able to double the insurance company’s offer. An amazing attorney with friendly helpful staff.\n\nAfter my experience, I highly recommend that people do not have conversations with anyone from the insurance company. They ask you questions, then twist everything and use what you say against you, even the smallest detail. They create a false sense of security that unravels at the end. Don’t try to do it on your own.
