I was issued ongoing benefits which is not correct as I am back to work. I notified my lawyer back in November and they told me they have to send social security a letter explaining that I am not entitled to ongoing benefits, they STILL have not submitted that paperwork and now I am in a position where I owe money to social security. I keep getting the same response and empty promises. Nothing has been handled in a timely manner and this is not acceptable at all.
