I was completely disappointed with the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect this firm had for me in a tough time.\n\nOlga is indifferent to your questions and extremely passive aggressive.\n\nThey started with an $1800 fee and left me in the dark for 3 months and as soon as I was beginning to hear back with an update on my case, they went on to tack on $8,700 to \"complete\" my case.\n\nIn such a difficult financial time, I decided to look elsewhere after paying (losing $1,800). When asking for my case documents... their system suddenly \"went down\" and making it extremely difficult to work with another tax law group.\n\nBe careful and consider other tax law services like me.
