I contacted Lanzone Morgan and right from the start I felt I was in good hands.  Emily and Charlotte were there at the start and helped me with photos and documents and so forth that I sent them.  They set me up with an appointment with Mr. James Morgan.  He gave me a thorough review of what could happen and the setbacks that might occur.  Everyone was friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had.  Alexis was there as well at the end.  About six months later, which went really quick actually, they called me to let me know that they had agreed on a settlement with the nursing home.  The family was pleased.  Not so much about the money, which was very nice.  But because our mother won the case against the nursing home.  With the help of Lanzone and Morgan, of course.
