Most doctors offices are not having in person appointments, so I was awaiting a response from his specialist. I, myself, have had a health scare requiring specialist testing. I received a call while driving and being a law abiding citizen, I meant to reject, however, picked up and hung up. I apologized when the lawyer stated it was rude. It was without ill intention. The following two days, rather than ask me if I am moving forward, I receive a demeaning text message stating although I am highly intelligent, I am not professional. No one deserves this treatment in the wake of a pandemic. It is callous and cruel.
