You don't mention what type of case you had and you don't mention if it was ultimately completed successfully.  I will note that, currently, almost any process involving the Immigration Service that is completed in 1 year and 5 months is actually quite extraordinary.  Most of the services offered by CIS at anywhere from 3 to 7 years behind, so completing yours in only 1 year and 5 months is actually quite proficient.  <br><br>I would love to talk to you more about this and understand what problems you experienced with us because we are always looking to improve our service.
