We were handed off twice to 3 different lawyers, documents that I had emailed were lost and needed sent multiple times, the lawyer kept using the incorrect verbiage in front of the mediator and in documents, and overall I had to manage all calls/emails with the law firm. There were many communication break downs on their end. I truly felt like they kept forgetting about us. Without breaking any confidentiality, we were told the same thing repeatedly by different employees that nothing we were doing was holding up the case and then, after the case was finished, were told by the lawyer that that wasn't true through an email.
