Gave a retainer for this of 3K in which we discussed may not even take that amount and he would get back to me after a few days. Was ghosted for weeks after that and when I called the office to get feedback got a rude lecture from the admin about giving me updates. After over a month, FINALLY got a call from Scott and he said he wanted to talk to the township to better understand the issues. Ok. Still didn't get what we agreed upon.  Ghosted again.  No return call before going to court with the township. He actually showed up and told me to just comply. The whole reason I hired him was to tell me my options TO COMPLY.\n\nTHEN CHARGED ME 5K for this!\nFOR WHAT?\n\nTotal rip off and would not suggest. When Josh sent me documentations with their appeal, he gave me the wrong time and day for the appeal hearing. His documentations advised January 7 via Zoom, but the court date was actually mid December in person. I was not notified properly of the hearing and it was too late to appeal the decision since it was more than 2 weeks when I realized that he gave me the wrong court date.
