I filed a claim with my insurance company American Integrity 2 days after the storm. I never heard from anyone. So I called again. They said I didn’t file a claim even thou I had a claim number in my possession. 9 adjusters and 5 submitted pdf’s later I was insulted by their offer.They never initiated a call to me. Not once in 12 months . I hired a public adjuster they  had the same luck as myself. It was recommended that I contact and hire Kuhn,  Raslavich law firm. My attorney that was assigned to my case was Mr. Randy Lambert. Folks I can say enough good about Mr Lambert. 5 stars doesn’t do the man justice. He took the time to explain to me what was to be expected thru the process. He explain my legal rights. He informed me that from here on out the burden of dealing with the insurance company was on his shoulders. He returned my phone calls in a prompt manner. Kept me up to date with all pertain information and negotiations. Thru Mr Lambert’s efforts we were   able to reach a settlement agreement with insurance.
