KBLG’s communication model is managed such, that you the client, know exactly what/where the project is at any given time, including possible options that you the client may have. The firm welcomes the client’s input, however not to the point that you the client is running the show. Clearly, KBLG knows their practice area probably better than any other top tier law firm. I found their billing rates to be extremely fair and reasonable. I also like the firms “vetting process”, thereby instilling confidence in the client,  if the firm agrees to represent the you. We would be happy to review that again with you all and have placed several phone calls as well as exchanged emails with your spouse to that effect, as we again want to make it clear this was agreed upon in the aforementioned, signed contract. <br><br>That said, it should be noted that we received the following feedback from your spouse, \"Thank you and your colleagues for everything ...!
