I approached kinnally about a federal lawsuit which kinnally allegedly was bribed by merrill lynch whom i was suing, Ultimately my case wax settled after several rounds in Federal court by an ethical attorney\n\nRecently i decided to confirm how unethucal kinnally operates in tbat i approached him with the fact my neighbor, whom is a licensed contractor had illegally built a driveway on my property. Kinnaly once again , after several days in which obviuosly once again took another bribe, told me i had no case.
