They initially seemed willing to take my case and even advised me to terminate my current representation before signing with them — which I did in good faith.\n\nAfter that, communication fell apart. It took them all day Monday to send a contract, which turned out to limit representation only to “personal injury” despite my clear explanation in Friday that the case involves more. I raised that concern immediately, but for the next two days I was repeatedly put off and told “we’ll get back to you” while they ignored a simple, critical question that determined whether I’d even have legal coverage.\n\nI have been left without representation due to their lack of responsiveness and organization. If this is how they handle clients before a case even starts, I can’t imagine how they’d handle something complex.
