When any other time I try to get a hold of you you were on vacation in Las Vegas. First of all for my son's car accidents you gave me power of attorney to represent my son and to sign his documents and also to communicate with you when I could never get a hold of you or you just had your legal assistant give an excuse to prolong the case. I didn't receive a Penny back from either of the accidents for either of our vehicles. I several consultations with accident attorneys after you withdrew from the case and the issue they informed me of was that Mrs Welch should have filed the correct documentation with the city to file the claim against the city vehicle for colliding into my son's car and the correct documentation was filed in the correct amount of time. I thought I had said something incorrect content that offend you, Mrs. Welsh about your issue with your son, I do not know exactly what happened to him. I just knew that he was in some form of accident, and I just mentioned that since he was in an accident that I hoped you would fight your best for my son, and you went totally off on me about that you helped your son, and you were a damn good lawyer, and you weren't lazy, and you don't take people's insurance money. You seem to be overwhelmed with emotion or maybe it was your conscience. I never accused you of anything, I don't even know you well enough Mrs.Welch, I've met with you maybe 3 times. I just asked you to do your best for my son since you had a son. Well, I deal with my son's medical issues due to these accidents on daily basis with him needing assistance with daily living on top of my medical issues. not once did you show me any sympathy to what I deal with, or do you even know the situation that my son goes through.\nThank you for contacting me publicly after I gave a review of my opinion\n\nMr. Kim Welch was my attorney, for a car wreck that my son I were injured in. I never received no money back for the vehicle that was totaled out. Kim offered my son I a very small settlement on the condition that I can never fight for additional injury settlement for other injuries to my arm. My arm is completely damaged for the rest of my life I'm in chronic pain every day. My son was in another car accident about a year  later and his car was totaled, he wasn't at fault, he wasn't even ticketed but she refused to help us if she didn't want the case from the beginning, she should have said so. Nothing was ever done. there was very little communication between us if any at all. I called Mrs. Welch and I was very upset, because I there was always an excuse, we can't get the video. The investigator bailed on us, there was always some reason why nothing was progressing. She contacted my son and she terminated her self. After two Years down the line, we're stuck in a rut because she refused to do her job. You were also abusive to my staff, so I instructed them not to talk to you.  Your son knew we refused to talk to you about his case and why. We handled your injury claim; not your car claims so we had nothing to do with that.<br><br>I quit communicating with you about your son's case (not your case as that happened many years ago) because you said to me that I could not protect my own son (referencing my deceased son) so how was I going to protect yours. That statement crossed a line that should never be crossed. So, I told you and your son that I would never speak to you again. Your son understood that I would only be communicating with him.  As for you, I had no duty to communicate with you any longer because your case was resolved years ago.<br><br>I am not sure which vehicle you are referencing that you did not get paid for, as there were two accidents.  My firm does not handle property damage claims; we will sometimes assist a client with those as a courtesy, but we do not routinely handle that aspect of the claim.  For the first accident, I am unaware of you not being paid for your vehicle because as I stated we are not retained for that reason; only for personal injuries. For the second accident, you did not have insurance coverage for your vehicle and the other party was denying liability.<br><br>I never said to you or to your son that you had to take a settlement and I did not pressure you into taking a lesser settlement; the claims were valued appropriately based on what is in the files.  I also did not tell you that you could not pursue a different lawsuit.  I only made recommendations based on my findings and experience and fully documented those in communications from my office.<br><br>I cannot comment on the status of your arm, although I am sorry to hear that you are still in pain.  The settlement was fair and was fully explained/documented at the time that you agreed to it.<br><br>So for your son's second accident, you called me franticly on a Saturday night when I was also on vacation and preparing to go to a class reunion.  Because I do all that I can for my clients no matter what is going on in my personal life, I took your call and agreed to look into the case. Your son was actually ticketed for the accident and the police officer noted in the report that he ran the red light.  Despite that, and because I wanted to help your son, we took on the case and attempted to prove that he was not at fault.  If I did not want the case, I would have said so.  We only withdrew after your son said that he wanted us to do so.  We spend hundreds of dollars in costs and hundreds of man hours trying to resolve the claim, for which we are not seeking reimbursement.  Your son still has time to find a new lawyer and file a lawsuit.  I offered to help him find a lawyer, and he turned down the offer of help.<br><br>A lot was done for your son's cases, and yours, including the second one, which is all well documented in the file.  The dash cam for the second accident can only be obtained by force if a lawsuit was filed; we did ask for a copy and was not given one.  The PI bailed through no fault of our own.<br><br>As for communicating with your son, there was several months that we were unable to locate him as his cell phone was disconnected.  We eventually located him, and he provided us with his new phone number, which we weren't provided with until we tracked him down and asked for it.  You are aware of the reasons why we were having problems communicating with him and we cannot say why publicly.<br><br>Lastly, your claim was resolved many years ago, so it is disingenuous to now leave this review.  You told my office that if we withdrew from your son's claim then you would leave a bad review.
