This seems to be one of the PI lawyers who try to take advantage of the insurance system.\n\nThey send you to their own list of doctors, exams, etc. to do stuff with. At first, I didn’t mind, but I have learned more about these different type of roles.\n\nIt has only been a few months of my case, and there have been 4+ different case managers. Turnover rate is terrible and information is not being streamlined and shared between the different managers.\n\nI also never receive updates on case even when requested. I don’t get call backs. I don’t get notified on when yet another person is switched on the case. Not on update with demand. They pretty much leave you in the dark so I actually have no idea how this case is going.\n\nNot sure why this place would be highly rated, must be some type of reward you get for leaving a good review.
