So his new lawyer ended up getting him a harsher sentence. What a bad move by this Defendant to get a new lawyer !!! Unfortunately, when a person has multiple prior criminals charges, the State does not want to dismiss the case. This person lied to us saying he had no prior criminal charges (he had many priors) so we had to withdraw.
