I did not feel that my matter was handled with diligence, transparency, or the level of client advocacy one should reasonably expect.\n\nA retainer was charged to my credit card immediately. When I later requested a refund due to lack of communication and services. I was informed that it would be processed promptly if I withdrew my credit card dispute. Relying on that representation, I allowed the dispute to close. The refund was not issued as represented, leading to additional delay and unnecessary complications.\n\nClients place trust in their attorney’s word and billing practices. My experience raised extreme concerns in those areas.
