Kenji Kozuma, attorney, agreed to take the case, whereupon he and Jessica, paralegal, provided me with detailed, clear, easy to understand and follow, steps to gathering all the invoices, medical records, photos, and information needed to begin the process.  With each task completion, I was validated, guided, encouraged and supported.  KB kept me informed of each development, communnication between parties, and updated tasks still in process.  We exchanged email messages continually along the way, and Kenji and Jessica welcomed my inquiries openly and supportively every step of the 5 month process. We had set the timeline to be completed by July end, 2024,  and that goal was achieved on time, with settlement outcomes above what I anticipated, as Kenji pressed for fair and just settlement with both insurance companies involved.\nI cannot say enough positive comments about the care and attention to detail that KB Law provided me.
