I called Katherine & George Alexander Community Law Center and was also subjected to the same treatment as those before me.  Complaints: inaccurate usage of the word “community” in their center name, fulfilled requirements for assistance yet received no guidance to other lawyers/firms, limited practice scope, and not professional when promised for return call but did not.
