As my case is coming to the end, I can't seem to get anyone on the phone, text or email, other than the nice receptionist Carlos. I've left voicemails and messages for the past 2 month, and still nothing. Asked for supervisor and left a few voicemails with her but no call back. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a law firm. Nobody is seeming to take their jobs serious anymore or better yet doesn't care about the concerns that others are having. And to think, I've referred a couple of people since this summer.
