Seems more like he was trying to maximize the sessions to charge accordingly.\n\nHis ongoing health issues requires more of his attention than simply settling for his clients.\n\nNothing was resolved on our behalf, the issues were not even reviewed by the judge, nor, was anything objected to.. absolutely nothing! In fact, we ended up paying the other party, as well as our bill to Mr. Burnett. She discriminated against my \"vaccination\" status. Not only did she only see me through zoom meetings due to me not having the \"vaccine\", she has charged me extra fees for the zoom meetings!!! Her and her assistant and their competence caused me a 2 day delay as well as an extra $400.00 while I was on vacation this past summer.
