Every court appearance he wouldn’t speak up no matter what I was denied bail twice because he wouldn’t speak up and let the DA and judge walk all over him so to make the story short I was pretty much forced to plead guilty to not chance having to go to trial with a lawyer that was doing nothing for me now all these local lawyers work with these prosecutors they play golf together etc do your research before you hire this man because I spent 5,000 to have to plead guilty and now I am fighting for my life back and working with the innocent project because this man did nothing specially when all so called evidence was in my favor proving my innocence he didn’t even put in a motion for dismissal due to lack of evidence or the medical examiner papers proving my innocence with all DNA also coming back in my favor all the motions he did put in were all denied due to errors he made in the motions.
