Not all staff members including attorneys are looking out for your best interest. always have a back up plan!\n2nd. if you decided to move on with a firm. please make sure you did at least multiple consultations with quite few attorneys. in most cases the agency owner worry about their self-image way-more than, they worry about their clients . even if they throw them under the bus. investigate the environment very well prior to handing your case.know exactly what to expect. what your duties are, get familiar with your attorney.if they are busy move forward!. staff attitude and behavior, tells a lot about the firm's owner hiring and demeanor, managers and owners only hire people that serve their interest .Joumana has literally failed me 3 time in under 7months. and that means her in a Firm type of situation.not individually I should rate as 1 start or even -2.\nbut due to the fact that I was assisted by that firm in the past and the quality of that staff back then was way way better that what I recently experienced .
