This was a high-urgency dispute that required tight procedural execution, verification of filings, and disciplined follow-through. Instead, there were ongoing issues with responsiveness, uncertainty about whether key actions were actually completed, and an inability to provide clear confirmation for filings and communications that were billed as performed.\n\nThese issues were particularly concerning given the high fees charged and the apparent lack of meaningful administrative or paralegal support on the matter. Tasks that should have involved basic verification, tracking, or support appeared to fall entirely on attorney time and, ultimately, on us as the client.\n\nAs a result, we were forced to spend substantial time reconstructing the record ourselves and ultimately terminated the engagement.
