Took me back to an office where I sat and waited for the lawyer to show up almost 15 minutes late for our appointment. Barely into an awkward and anxious session maybe due to being almost time to get off, was told it would be somewhere around $10,000 to pursue my case without any rhyme or reason to equate to that kind of figure. That was probably the actually gets to speak with easiest $150 he’s ever made. Nah, probably not. I left there very dissatisfied and would not recommend.\nFast forward a few weeks later, my wife is calling around to different law firms and gets to speak with ?Andrew Banks and gets a ton of helpful information regarding our situation. I would like my consultation fee reimbursed. I just can’t believe I was played out of my money. Also today I receive a $115 bill for a phone call with receptionist regarding the issue that no one has called back\n\nHow is it closed when I still haven’t received a refund of $300????? It’s on your site that consultation are free. This firm need to be more specific. The inquiry should have told you guys that you couldn’t take the care! You guys get people in your take their $300 and give them the run around. This is very unethical! I should have went with my instincts when I read the negative reviews!!!! The attorney didn’t come into the room until 11:15 or 11:20 looking like she just got out of bed . The receptionist is rude and I asked her twice could someone take the case!
