I came to Doug facing a class x for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a class 3 felony for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and a class 2 felony for possessing a machine gun. Doug was very straight forward and honest throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, and his secretary was always reaching out when needed.\n\nDoug was able to have my case settled with a reduction of the class x felony to a class 1, and was also able to get the class 3 and 2 felonies completely dropped from the case. Doug was also able to get us a plead deal for the class 1 felony of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, with a mandatory 90 days served in county jail and four years probation. This was a huge win for my case and I can’t thank Doug enough for the hard work and dedication he had towards my case.
