Proceed with caution.  Start by calling the office and seeing what you get.  Paying $60 for the 9 minute consultation that resulted in him telling me his fee to write an eviction notice and having the tenant served was $2500 and could be higher if it went to court, then being offended when I asked what I got for the $2500. I understand you may be unfamiliar with the eviction process in Florida and what it entails.     As I recalled you ended the consultation,  not me as you were not satisfied we our fee and evidently did not understand that an eviction process may not just be writing a letter.    Typically, our consultations are \"in-person\" at our office, however, since you were out-of-state we made an exception and provided you with a phone consultation.  We provided you we an approximate time that a call would be made as I had other office appointments on that day.
