They hardly answer questions, even through email. Time wasters! Feels like they do nothing if they if they have to work. WORST experience with ANY lawyers I have ever had in my life! And it's not even close. They just told us that maybe we should get another lawyer after finding out the hospital never even checked in my 3 month old from the accident. After 2 years of waiting for them to get in gear.
