I was about two minutes into explaining my reasoning for needing a lawyer when the secretary handed the phone off to John Willbrand. I did not ask to speak with a lawyer, I was simply trying to ascertain if his law office would be an appropriate choice. John was VERY aggressive on the phone with me. Over the course of a few minutes I believe he only let me complete 1 sentence. In so many words he laughed at my case and told me it wasn’t worth his time, then abruptly hung up. I don’t know how someone can treat a potential client like that and call themselves a professional. He is straightforward with you, and will tell you the truth about your chances.  My case was mainly a osteoarthritis case, one of the tougher types to win.  He helped me develop strategy, including using an outside therapists report, to help me win. This cost me a bit out of pocket but worth every cent considering what was at stake.  He put me at ease and advised me how to behave in the hearing.
